The Firm

A full-service practice in Delhi

Legal Partners & Associates is a full-service law practice based in Delhi. The firm advises across criminal defence, matrimonial and family matters, banking and finance, white-collar and anti-corruption cases, and a wide range of corporate, regulatory and sector-specific work.

The firm appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, other High Courts, the District Courts of Delhi, and tribunals including the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the Central Administrative Tribunal. The same standard of preparation goes into a district-court application as into an appeal.

The firm works on a simple premise: most cases are decided by preparation. The facts, the dates and the documents are gathered and understood before a position is taken, and the client is told plainly what the law allows, what it does not, and what their case realistically holds.

The Founder

Adv. Neeraj Kumar Garg

Adv. Neeraj Kumar Garg is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Delhi Bar Association. He appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and other High Courts, the District Courts of Delhi, and tribunals including the NCDRC and the CAT.

His training spans both technology and law: a BSc in Information Technology and an MCA, followed by the LLB and an LLM in Corporate Law. That combination is uncommon at the Bar, and it shapes how the firm reads and tests the evidence in a modern case.

The Edge

Technology and the law

A great deal of modern litigation is decided on electronic material: bank statements and money trails, call records, messages, server logs, devices and CCTV. Reading that material correctly, and testing how it was gathered and whether it has been altered, increasingly decides white-collar, banking, fraud and even matrimonial matters.

Adv. Garg's training in information technology means this work is done with genuine technical understanding rather than handed to others. For clients, it means the electronic side of a case is examined as closely as the legal side, an advantage that is built into how the firm prepares.

How We Work

How we approach a matter

One advocate, accountable

One advocate stays responsible for your matter from the first conference to the final order. You always know who is handling your case.

Built on the record

Strategy is shaped by the facts and the documents, never a template. The work that decides a hearing happens before it.

Plain, candid advice

Clear advice on what the law allows, what it does not, and what your case realistically holds. No false comfort.

Beyond the brief

Pro bono & community work

The firm supports access to justice and social-impact initiatives alongside partner organisations.
